1. Acceptance

By using this service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process content. By uploading content you represent that:

You own the content or have the necessary rights (e.g. license, fair use) to process it.
Extracted vocabulary and contexts are for your personal study only. You must not redistribute the content.

We do not verify ownership or rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from your uploads.

3. DMCA (US Users)

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Takedown: If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our DMCA agent with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith; (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice: If your content was removed, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward it to the complainant. If no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers: We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, or abuse other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime or accuracy of extraction or TTS.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid tiers are billed via Stripe. Refunds follow Stripe's policies. You may cancel at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
