• Uploads: Files you upload (.txt, .md, .pdf) and extracted vocabulary JSON, stored per user.
• Usage: Per-month counts (books extracted, TTS characters) for rate limiting and billing.
• Sessions: Session tokens for authentication.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide the service: vocabulary extraction, TTS, and subscription management. We do not sell your data.

3. Third Parties

We use OpenAI (extraction), ElevenLabs (TTS), Resend (magic link email), and Stripe (payments). Their privacy policies apply to data they process.

4. Retention

Your data is retained while your account exists. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Deletion

Contact us to delete your account and data. We will process requests within 30 days.

6. EU / GDPR

If you are in the EU, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Logs

Server logs may include metadata (user ID, file names, timestamps) but not full book text or vocabulary content.
